Join us for Mindfulness for Everyday Life Challenges, an 8-week hybrid group designed to help participants build practical mindfulness skills for focus, gratitude, patience, stress, anger, grief, and everyday behavior change.

Each 60-minute session includes guided discussion, instruction, mindfulness practice, and reflection in a supportive setting, available in person at the Conifer office or virtually.
