Meet Hannah
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2021. I have thirteen years of healthcare experience in general medicine and psychiatry. I offer an evidence-based, holistic, trauma-informed approach to mental health and wellness that focuses on your unique needs and strengths. An essential component of treatment is fostering hope, and I assist my patients in recognizing their ability to heal and recover. I specialize in treating depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma and stress disorders, perinatal mental health, and anxiety disorders. Though I mostly manage psychiatric medications, I also provide supportive psychotherapy during appointments, allowing for a safe space to discuss symptoms, treatment options, and your progress.
My family and I moved to Conifer from Chicago in 2023 after falling in love with its scenery and access to outdoor activities. I enjoy camping, hiking, and working in the yard with my husband, daughter, and four dogs.

Meet Chelsea
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from many walks of life facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stress. I also have experience supporting veterans, individuals in the perinatal period, those working through substance use and recovery, and people living with developmental disabilities, autism, and psychosis.
My approach to care is integrative and holistic, blending current research with thoughtful medication management and lifestyle-focused strategies. I believe that healing and growth happen through partnership, understanding, and practical tools that fit each person’s life.
Community is very important to me. As a Conifer local, Army veteran, mother, and wife, I feel grateful to live and work in this mountain community and look forward to partnering with you in your care. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, skiing and reading.
