This group will provide peer support combined with psychoeducation surrounding the themes of the book “The Gift of the Years” by Joan Chittiser. This group will take place over the course of six weeks, with coffee and snacks provided. Themes of sessions to include: fear, limitations, loneliness, letting go, memories, and legacy.

Teen Suicide Loss Support Group

This group will provide a supportive and compassionate space for individuals who have experienced the loss of a love one to suicide. Clients will be invited to connect with others who understand the complexities of suicide loss.

This group is open to all individuals ages 13-18 who have lost someone to suicide. Sessions will be held weekly for 6 weeks. The first session will be held on July 7th from 6-7:30pm in person at the Conifer location.
