Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Job Description: Join a team of passionate mental health clinicians that serve the Hwy 285 corridor. Our immediate opening is for our Fairplay office, but we are always accepting applications on an ongoing basis for future opportunities at any of our three locations. Our providers work independently yet very collaboratively. This individual will align with and support the mission and vision of Conifer Counseling as they provide services to individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide array of mental, emotional, and spiritual issues in the office and in collaboration with our community partners.
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Trauma Informed care
Innovative and creative participation in the growth of Conifer Counseling
With a minimum two year work commitment
Ability and willingness to work with our community partners
Maintain highest standard of personal and professional integrity
Wide breadth and depth of work experience
Understanding of and service to diverse client populations and needs
Experience with broad array of clients and co-occurring disorders
Mindfulness and respectfulness of community work spaces
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional self and time management skills
Proficiency or ability to learn data management environments and/or electronic recordkeeping systems
Open to limited on call work
Open to supporting the practice with other duties as assigned
Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
Valid professional clinical license or licensed candidacy
